Pilates Stretch and Tone classes have a new time and added day at the Indian River CountyMain Library. Meeting each Tuesday and Thursday evening at 5:30pm with focus on flexibility and core strength, Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels. This class will incorporate Pilates matwork, stretching, dance movements and toning using light weights. Pilates is beneficial for mental & physical well-being, increasing circulation, strength, endurance and coordination. There is no charge for this weekly, ongoing class that meets in the Multimedia room. Bring a large bath towel and small dumbbells.
