Vicki Soule' Returns to Indian River County and
Joins Team at Treasure Coast Community Health
Donald (Don) G. Loftus, FACHE, CEO of Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) has announced the appointment of Vicki Soule' as Chief Operating Officer for TCCH. Ms Soule' is responsible for the day-to-day operations in both the Fellsmere and Vero Beach locations, as well as overseeing the planned building and expansion of a new south Vero Beach location on Oslo Road.
Ms. Soule' has a 20 year history in Indian River County. She was formerly the Director of Diagnostics and Ambulatory Care Services for Indian River Memorial Hospital (newly named Indian River Medical Center). In addition to providing operational direction for a number of ancillary hospital services, Ms. Soule' was responsible for the implementation of the Wound Healing Center and Lab Express programs. She left Vero Beach in 2006 to be the Director of Cancer Care for the Florida Hospital Memorial System before returning to Indian River County, her permanent home since 2001.
"Vicki met so many of our organizational needs as an experienced administrator, a former resident in Indian River and a professional in the American College of Health Care Executives", states Loftus. "I'm glad to have her help me at TCCH as we respond to a growing need to serve others".
Ms. Soule' earned her M.S. at Wayne State University and her M.B.A. at Saginaw Valley State University, both in Michigan. During her earlier years in Indian River County, she served as Loan Executive and Panel Chair for United Way, a Team Leader for Habitat for Humanity Women's Build, and was active in Holy Cross Catholic Church. Her recent community involvements include acting Chairperson for American Cancer Society's (ASC) Relay for Life (RFL) in 2006 and 2007, as well as leadership within the ACS Operating Board/East Coast Central Unit and Florida Division of RFL. Soule' is a Fellow in the American College of Heath Care Executives (FACHE), and was formerly recognized as Most Valuable Participant in 2007 by the Greater Beneficial Union, a nationwide fraternal organization.
TCCH is a federally qualified primary care healthcare center whose mission is to provide timely, quality and comprehensive medical and dental health care. TCCH accepts Medicaid, Medipass, Medicare, Florida Healthy Kids, most private health insurance and self pay including a sliding scale for the uninsured, based on household size and income.
