Mr. Cain, a long-time resident of Indian River County, was formerly the Practice Manager for Indian River Radiology and before that for 14 years, Director of Human Resources for the Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast. He is a graduate of Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.

TCCH accepts Medicaid, Medipass, Medicare, Florida Healthy Kids, most private health insurance and self pay including a sliding scale for the uninsured, based on household size and income. TCCH's Vero Beach center is located at 777 37 th Street, Suite B-104 in the Kurtell Building and their Fellsmere center is located immediately off I-95 westbound at 12196 County Road 512 in Fellsmere.
