See's the Day, Support Volunteers at Frosting
This summer, Frosting, a new bakery on Vero's Beach that specializes in cupcakes and other sweet confections, began donating the profits from the sale of See's Famous Old Time Candies® to Plumbago Volunteer Services (PVS). See's candy is well known, sold nation-wide, and have been around since 1921. All profits from the sale of See's candy will benefit Plumbago Volunteer Services, a nonprofit organization that was created to meet the volunteer needs of the community.
"We are thrilled that Frosting is helping support our cause and increasing public awareness of the value, benefits, and need of volunteers," said Darlene Forage, executive director of PVS. "Every person living in our community can do their part to promote and support volunteerism. We love to see local companies, like Frosting, find ways to support their communities and we are just so happy to be a part of their community."
