American Red Cross Receives Donation At Opening

John Michael Matthews Fine Jewelry hosted a Red Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Celebration Wednesday, October 28th with over 100 well wishers, Indian River Chamber members and political dignitaries. After cutting the ribbon, Mr. Matthews noted it was lined with a cash donation to the North Treasure Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross. "Our symbolic ribbon has a donation attached to it and is given to Sarah Ruwe, CEO for a donation to our local American Red Cross. We do this so we will all be reminded as members of this wonderful community how important it is to support our charities." "Donations like these help us continue to help others in times of need and we so appreciate being the recipient of this great gift," Said Ruwe.
