Seacoast's Pittenger to Speak at CHAIR November 10

William Pittenger, Senior Vice President and Chief Real Estate Economist, at Seacoast National Bank is slated to speak at the Condominium and Homeowners Association of Indian River (CHAIR) on November 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the Vero Beach Community Center on 14th Avenue. Pittenger, a 38-year veteran of real estate, appraisal and banking industries, is Seacoast's principal staff advisor in all real estate, economic and real estate related risk matters. He is an author, teacher, public speaker and recognized industry expert. His presentation will include an overview of the Indian River County housing market and a look at market trends affected by the broader economy, unemployment, gross domestic product (GDP) and foreclosures. The operating arm of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (NASDAQ: SBCF) Seacoast National Bank has 41 offices in Florida and approximately $2.3 billion in assets, and is one of the largest independent banks headquartered in Florida.
