Defeating the Intoxilyzer

Ft. Pierce D.U.I. Attorney, Michael Kessler will be teaching at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando International Airport November 6th and 7th. The program will focus on "Debunking and Defeating the Intoxilyzer 8000." This seminar is a continuing legal education program for defense attorneys to further their knowledge regarding the forensic problems and unreliability inherent in this flawed machine. Mr. Kessler has taught multiple DUI seminars in the past in Atlanta, New Orleans, West Palm Beach, Key West, as well as Orlando. He is a 1985 graduate of the University Of North Carolina School Of Law. He has been admitted to practice in Florida since 1985. He was also admitted to practice in North Carolina. Mr. Kessler has been designated a Criminal Trial Specialist by The Florida Bar. An active member of the National College for DUI Defense, Michael Kessler is certified to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests approved for use by NHTSA, and is also certified to administer breath alcohol tests using the Intoxilyzer 5000 and 8000 machines. Mr. Kessler founded and manages The Kessler Law Firm, whose offices are in Fort Pierce on Florida's Treasure Coast, as well as Key West. Michael had the honor of being titled the co-author of the DUI BOOK: Florida Edition along with the prominent Atlanta DUI lawyer William C."Bubba" Head.
