We had a great time at the women's seminar on "How to Find a Husband" and there will be another. Right now though, we need to concentrate on you and finding your match. One of the questions that comes up a lot is sort of a tricky one. Women ask me all the time, "If I run into Mr. Right, won't we both just know it?" Well, My answer to that is, "Not if he doesn't look at you." So girls,
please. Just put your make up on. Brush your hair and your teeth. Dress appropriately and check the mirror just to make sure. Mr. Right isn't going to know you're Mrs. Right, if you don't attract his attention. He has to look at you first, which could be difficult with all the "skin showing" teenagers around.
I believe in love at first sight, destiny, hopeless romance and all that good stuff.
But I also know that it's a little bit harder to come by if you're not taking the time to put your best foot forward. It's a little bit more difficult to take interest in a woman if she isn't taking interest in herself. So before you leave the house, and I don't care if you're just headed to the grocery store (because he could be on aisle number seven) take the extra time to look nice. You don't have to wear an evening gown, just be appropriate. And remember to smile, smile, smile.
