What's New After School?

After School Programs

Your child has a story to tell. Your child is an inventor. Or an explorer. Your child has a proclivity for languages. While the normal school day may not provide time to develop these abilities, Saint Edward's External Studies classes let your child find the joy in learning by unleashing their creative edge. Elementary classes this fall include Toy Inventions, Art of Journaling and Observation, the A-Z's of Babysitting, Tell your story through Scrapbooking, Spanish, Chinese, Swimming (lessons or competitively), Golf, Art and Clay, and Photoshop.

Girls in grades 4-8 are invited to join Pirate Lacrosse League. Instruction in ball handling, rules and game play, and teamwork by a coaching staff with national expertise in the field of Girls Lacrosse. Join Trina Balch, Vanessa Abbott, Michele Sternberg and Mary Marshall Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00 p.m. at SES Lower School and Sunday Games at SES Middle School field.

Saint Edward's offers Middle and High school classes in world language, technology, driver's education, SAT prep classes as well as a Tutoring Center for direct one-on-one attention. For more information call 492-2106 or visit the SES website at www.steds.org/externalstudies.
