Members, Matt Mathewson (SN) P/C and his wife Maureen (AP), of the Vero Beach Power Squadron (VBPS), hosted a Junior Navigation Graduation Party for three individuals who graduated at the top of the class and now hold the designation of JN. Matt also taught the class.
