4-H & Tropicana Public Speaking Contest

The 4-H & Tropicana Public Speaking held on May 12, 2009 in the IRC County Commissioners' Chambers. St. Helen School won lst place in both 4th grade and 5th grade.Lauren Kenney, 5th grader's title was "The Ocean's Gentle Giant". Riley Lowell, 4th grader's title was "Irish Step Dancing".Please contact Adam Cletzer for a list of the other winners. The schools that participated were St. Helen, Beachland, Dodgertown, Fellsmere, Osceola, Rosewood, and Sebastian. There were more than 1200 students that took part in this program.
