Summertime Jewelry Show

If gold and silver jewelry set with or without precious and semiprecious gemstones, necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and menswear appeal to you then visit the Vero Beach Community Center Aug. 18-20. The Summertime Jewelry, Gem, Mineral, Fossil and Bead Show will be in the air conditioned Community Center Friday afternoon and all day Saturday and Sunday. In addition to Jewelry ranging in price from rather high end, there will be vendors selling and showing moderately priced jewelry as well as others who will have finished wire wrapped pendants, professionally strung pearls and some inexpensive and unique items. Also displaying a different type of wares will be those vendors who specialize and have available unstrung beads, precious mineral specimens, fossils and other related items.

On this third weekend of August, Lane Enterprise, Inc. will sponsor their first ever summertime show in Vero Beach. There will be 25 vendors from throughout the Southeast displaying their specialty sales items. You will see a nice mix of merchandise from individual vendors several of whom wave been participating in trade shows for twenty-five or more years.

For those interested in learning about the lapidary arts and possibly joining a lapidary and jewelry making club, representatives of the Treasure Coast Gem and Mineral Society of Indian River County will be present. They are planning to schedule a series of demonstrations on the stage of the Community Center.

All "Summertime Jewelry Shows" are sponsored by a non profit organization and all the profit is equally divided among and directed to four national charities that specialize in disaster relief. Mark your calendar for Friday afternoon (1PM -6PM) and all day Saturday and Sunday. The show will be held downtown Vero at the Community Center.
