Dr. Josefina Monasterio, Bodybuilder from Vero Beach, took Second and Third place in her last Bodybuilding competitions In Tampa Florida October 10, 2009 at "Typhoon Bay" this is a drug-free (steroid-free) show.

The same night at the same venue, Dr. Josefina took third place in Women's over 40 "Hurricane Bay" non-tested Show. She also brought home a trophy for "Best Female Poser".

When she is not competing in Bodybuilding Dr. Josefinade dedicates her time to Empowering others with her Seminars, Inspirational Speaking, and Life Coaching.
