Recognize a Cultural Leader!

For ten years, leaders in the cultural community of Indian River County have been recognized at the Laurel Awards by the Cultural Council of Indian River County. The recognition is for those who have exemplified giving and leading the county's finest cultural insititutions in a variety of fields. Leaders that are artists, actors, gardeners, environmentalists, historians, musicians and philanthropists have been recognized with the Annual Laurel Awards. The categories for recognition are Philanthropy/Business, Cultural Professional and Volunteer/Activist. Nominations need to be made by an individual or organizational member of the Cultural Council of Indian River County by February 8, 2006. Winners will be recognized at a formal dinner on April 19, 2006 at the Vero Beach Country Club. Help us recognize those that sustain the high quality of cultural life that we have here in our community.
