Help Wipe out Hunger and Abuse with One Donation

Hunger and abuse affect 14 million children each year in this country! Want to help? The Exchange Club of Vero Beach is joining with the National Exchange Club to celebrate National Day of Service in October by holding a food drive.

The Exchange Club's national program is "The Prevention of Child Abuse." All food received by the Exchange Club of Vero Beach will be donated to the Exchange Club CASTLE for distribution.

It is well known that one of the reasons for child abuse is elevated stress in the home. During the current economic environment we feel we can help by making food available to clients of CASTLE. Therefore, beginning October 1 and continuing until October 24, 2008 the Exchange Club of Vero Beach will be accepting donations of canned goods, dry foods or monetary gifts. You can make your donations at Vero Beach City Hall, the CASTLE location on 1275 Old Dixie Highway or by giving your donations to any member of the Exchange Club of Vero Beach. You CAN help stop this tragedy! Please give generously.
