Find out your Poison IQ at IRC Healthy Start Coalition's Friends of the Coalition meeting on Tuesday, August 26th from 3-5pm at United Way. JoAnn Chambers Emerson RN, BSN, CSPI from the Poison Center at Tampa General Hospital will present " What's Your Poison IQ?" an interactive presentation/quiz to identify hazards in the home with poison prevention tips and first aid. Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition is a not-for-profit (501c3) agency whose vision is to give all babies a healthy start in life. The Coalition achieves this by developing and funding a full spectrum of services and programs for families of newborns and children to age five. The Coalition evaluates the maternal child health system and contracts with community partners for its four core programs: MomCare, Healthy Start Care Coordination, Healthy Families and TLC Newborn. All programs are based on need, not income.
