VERO BEACH, FL - Relay for Life of Indian River and the American Cancer Society invite you to walk the red carpet at the Majestic Theatre Relay for Life Kickoff Celebration to be held Monday, October 19, 2009 from 6:30-8:00 P.M. The Majestic 11 Theatre is located at 940 14th Lane in Vero Beach.

The American Cancer Society Relay for Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.

Come join the festivities, register your team, or simply learn more about Indian River County's upcoming 2010 Relay for Life and how you can help. Dress as your favorite movie actor or character for a chance to win the costume contest and door prizes. A special screening of The Wizard of Oz will follow.
