at Your Mental Health Association

The Mental Health Association in Indian River County (A United Way Agency) offers a offers a therapy group called "Mind Over Mood," a specialized form of treatment for depression and anxiety. This group meets weekly for 12 weeks and is open to anyone who struggles with depression and anxiety, and is willing to commit to the process of learning how to better handle their symptoms. Pre-registration is required and those interested can call the MHA offices to register. Orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18th at 10:00 AM with group sessions beginning the following week on Tuesday, March 25th. The workbook utilized in this group is available to members at orientation for $15. There is no group fee. The MHA is located at The Kurtell Medical Center, 777 37 th Street, Suite D-104, Vero Beach.
