The Executive Service Corps of the Treasure Coast is seeking additional volunteers in St. Lucie and Indian River counties as more agencies in those counties are calling for the consulting services of the ESC/TC.
Martin Volunteers, a program of United Way of Martin County, established the Executive Service Corps of the Treasure Coast in 2006 to offer a robust volunteer experience for retired and active business professionals as well as to provide a much-needed service to nonprofits.
Executive Service Corps volunteers have assisted several local agencies along the Treasure Coast and have become more active in Indian River and St. Lucie counties. Recent presentations in the two counties have resulted in more agencies wanting to use the services of ESC/TC.
Volunteers would tackle management issues that fall into their areas of expertise -- such as strategic planning, board development, human resources, marketing, financial management, and/or organizational analysis.
The ESC/TC is part of the Executive Service Corps Affiliate Network, so it is open to resources nationwide.
Anyone interested in volunteering or requesting assistance should contact Martin Volunteers director Carol Hodnett at (772) 220-4472, ext. 221, or
