Local TV Show Host Fights Shark for Dinner!

It is summers most anticipated week of
television, when Shark Week premieres
next week, July 27 to Aug. 2, 2008, on the
Discovery Channel.

Local fishing and cooking show -
"Catchin' and Cookin' with Captain William
Charles" has gone shark crazy and put
together their own Shark Week special to
delight their many fans.

Tune in next week on local Comcast
Channel 10 - WWCI, and see Captain
William Charles and his guests doing
battle with large, hungry sharks, while
fishing right here off of the world famous
Sebastian Inlet.

The "Catchin' and Cookin' with Captain William Charles"
show is a 30 min. fishing adventure hosted by the "Grouper
Specialist" himself, Captain William Charles. Join him as
he shares his true love of the sea, along with his passion
for fishing.

Each episode also includes a cooking segment hosted by
Captain William Charles and his wife/co-host, Carol. The
show uses fresh fish caught by Captain William Charles
right here off our local Florida shores. The fun cookin'
duo will give you creative cooking ideas, simple recipes
and new insights into preparing and cooking your favorite
fish.

This locally produced 30 minute program is highly
entertaining, informative and fun, and could even be
addictive. There is nothing like it on TV!!!

Join us each week on Comcast cable Channel 10 for all the
"Fish Flapping Fun" of "Catchin'& Cookin' with Captain
William Charles" . The show airs every Saturday and Sunday
morning at 7.00am., and on Tuesday and Thursday nights at
8.00pm. and again at 11.30pm.

Remember Captain William Charles doesn't go fishing; "He
Goes Catchin'"!
