Dogs & Cats Forever, a local no-kill animal shelter dedicated to saving abused and abandoned animals.
Featured as part of the grand opening celebration of Vero Propane Refill Station on Saturday, November 7th, at 12 noon, the timed contest features a cash prize of $100 to the winner. The event is open to adults, 18 years of age and older, and requires advanced registration and a signed entry waiver. The $5 registration donation goes to
Dogs & Cats Forever, who will be on-site with animals in need of loving, permanent homes.
Other festivities of the day include free hot dogs and beverages, free event t-shirts, a grilling demonstration by Tides Chef Scott Garrett, free eye screening by New Vision Eye Center, and a bounce house for the kids. The first 25 guests can get
a free refill on their BBQ tank, and there are special prices all weekend for tank refills and exchanges.
Located at 475 US Highway 1, Vero Beach, Florida, the corner of 4 th Street and US Highway 1, the grand opening celebration is planned as a family fun day appealing to kids and adults alike.
