Hypnotically delicious food!

Many of my clients this week at Dynamic Changes were for weight loss and they loved these recipe ideas so I thought I'd pass them on. When you are in the process of working at losing weight, it's especially important to have food snacks that taste good. One idea is to take a small tortilla, slice it into 8ths, microwave 1 to 2 minutes until crisp. Serve with sugar free salsa. This way you have chips that are salt free and lo cal. Another good one is slice a yellow squash into 1/4 inch rounds and fan them out on a dinner plate. Season with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and dried basil. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes. Yummy and low in calories, high in fiber and taste. Enjoy!
