Italian eatery serves good food in nice atmosphere

Recently, I had the opportunity to lunch at one of Indian River County's many Italian eateries, Ti Amo Sempre. Located on Royal Palm Pointe, Ti Amo Sempre was easy to find - for both loggerheads and humans.

Upon entering the establishment, I was struck by the intimate setting. The tables inside the restaurant were nicely set with white tablecloths and delicate lanterns. For those cooler days, this eatery also offers outdoor seating as well.
I ordered Polpettine di Manzo Alsugo from the menu. For those of you who don't speak Italian (myself included), I had the spaghetti and meatballs for $8.95. The server brought me a basket of Italian bread and dipping oil along with a salad of field greens, cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese. The salad was priced at $4.95.

When my server brought my polpettine, I was offered grated cheese from a fresh brick of parmesan. The cheese was a nice complement to my entrée.

If your'e in the mood for luncheon appetizers, this eatery offers calamari fritti (fried squid and spinach, served with marinara sauce) and pasta fritta (pasta chips topped with cheeses, pepperoncini, olives, onions and tomatoes.) Also on the menu is eggplant and bruschetta. These appetizers range in price from $4.95 to $9.95.

Luncheon entrees range in price from $5.95 to $10.95. Patrons can choose from a variety of selections including ravioli, breast of chicken, salmon, spaghetti, gnocchi, spicy Italian sausage and eggplant.

For lunch, you can also choose sandwiches such as an a grilled chicken breast sandwich, fish of the day, or an Italian sandwich made of salami,
turkey, proscuitto, Swiss cheese, provolone, tomatoes and lettuce. Ti Amo Sempre serves its sandwiches with salad and chips.
