Two couples who've been married 64 years and 63 years respectively wererecently honored at a special romantic theme dinner at Indian River Estates, an ACTS Retirement-Life Community in Vero Beach.
Sue Stile, Social Service Director and Patti Petrone, Activities Director, provided the setting complete with a champagne fountain, chocolate fountain and strawberries. Expert chef Susan Burley offered a scrumptious choice of prime rib or fish, gelatin salad and cheesecake for dessert.
The entertainment began with MDS coordinator Donna Nixon playing the piano throughout the meal and finished up with a Barber Shop Quartet. The lucky ladies were adorned in corsages and the men wore boutonnieres made by Nancy Bauer.
It was a romantic evening for all to remember...
