Erin O'Brien - junior

Vero Beach High School junior, Erin O'Brien, has been playing volleyball for six years, and is one of Vero's varsity middle hitters. She is always making her teammates laugh and putting everyone in a good mood with her funny facial expressions and positive attitude. Erin enjoys hanging out with friends, going to concerts and going to the beach. She has no plans at this time to pursue volleyball in college, as she's too focused on academics. But she says if she's recruited, she probably wouldn't say no. Erin hopes to attend the University of Tampa or perhaps Rollins, where she will focus on writing and journalism. She hopes to have a career as a book critic. Erin's sister, Katie, plays on Vero's freshman volleyball team.
