IR ACES LACROSSE DOMINATE THE SUNSHINE CUP

The Indian River ACES Lacrosse Club traveled to the Sarasota Polo Grounds at Lakewood Ranch October 26 and 27. The U13 and U17 teams won the championship in their division at the Sunshine Cup. The U13 team outscored their opponents 43-16 beating host team Tampa Bay Fire, 6-0, in the final game. The U17 team outscored their opponents 45-22 beating South Tampa Select, 5-3, in the final game. The ACES will host Showdown at the Shore October 17-18 at Lakewood Park Regional Park. Anyone interested in helping sponsor the tournament may email jonnymolax@msn.com.
