All Girls Camp Now Taking Registrations for Summer Camp
--Open House for Touring Scheduled on May 18--

May 1, 2008-Camp Welaka, located in Jonathan Dickinson State Park, has officially opened its registration for the 2008 Summer season. This ACA accredited camp has full camp ground facilities and sits just on the border between Palm Beach and Martin County in Tequesta.

Girls can enjoy horseback riding, canoeing, night hikes, arts and crafts, great food and overnight lodging in both cabins and platform tents. They will enjoy camaraderie around the campfire while toasting s'mores and making new friends. Often times, Camp Welaka is a girl's first overnight camping experience and our experienced staff is ready to make it a wonderful and fulfilling experience. In addition to the full time staff, Camp Welaka also employs a full time Camp Ranger and Camp Nurse, whose utmost priority is safety.
The price begins at $300 per session (depending on the different programs and age levels.) This includes meals and lodging from Sunday through Friday. Discounts available for additional weeks.

The sessions are as followed:
Session 1: June 22-27
Session 2: June 29-July 4
Session 3: July 6-11
Session 4: July 13-18
