A house cleaning for a friend, Cheryl is always thinking of others and not so much herself. As a mom she has dedicated herself to her family including home schooling her twin boys and a daughter. Which we all know is an enormous undertaking never mind the fact she also works part-time at the hospital with newborns and their mothers. In addition, she spends numerous hours assisting her church community whether in the nursery, teaching a class, helping with computer work, or chaperoning youth activities. Along with the duties comes the taxi service that only a mom can provide to lessons and the like. Busy only describes the action not so much the effort involved in keeping her family life balanced.
Life is about balance and so often that spring cleaning gets put on hold with all the other commitments and obligations that need to be accomplished. Cheryl often wears more than one hat and wouldn't it be relaxing for a change for her to wear a beach hat while someone else took care of the cleaning.
Cheryl would never ask for herself so I thought I would ask for her. She has a birthday coming up this month and what a wonderful surprise it would be to know that someone else was going to be doing the cleaning for a change. Moms like Cheryl often go unrecognized for all that they do day in and out.
