The 19 th Circuit Public Defender's Golf Tournament to benefit United Way of St. Lucie County was held at The Legacy Golf & Tennis Club in Port St. Lucie on Saturday, August 11, 2007. This year's event was a great success, raising over $21,000 for people in need.

The tournament began with a Shotgun start at 8:30a.m. Following the round of golf, the 144 attendees who turned out for the 3 rd annual event were treated to lunch at the Legacy Clubhouse, where the prizes were awarded.
